Discovering the underlying cause of the problem
The discovery of an underlying cause or root of a problem can be the most difficult task for the person who is having the dilemma. Sometimes it is not discovered until you can look back afterwards and think about what you could have done differently. Sometimes it's as simple as wording something different and other times completing the task in a different order or using different steps altogether to obtain the same goal. Some tasks can be handled easily while others carry a heavy burden. How is it that some people can so easily overcome a certain variety of problems when others can't. Why do we let some minor issue control our mental state? How can we better prepare ourselves to cope and understand what is happening in times of distress? How can we change ourselves when we can't modify our environment? These are some of the issues we hope to discuss in depth.
